Bernalillo County
South Valley Health Commons
Envisioned as an integrated health care campus, providing a full range of primary care services to underserved populations of Albuquerque's south valley, the South Valley Health Commons offers services by First Choice Community Healthcare, the New Mexico Department of Heatlh and its Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program as well as UNM Hospital's Family Practice and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Programs. This 41,735 square foot clinic replaced a severely crowded and aged facility with a state-of-the-art modern medical facility. At the heart of the clinic is the "Provider Commons" containing offices for physicians and their assistants. The new clinic encourages its constituent agencies to maximize shared resources and functions to enhance delivery of patient services.

Los Lunas Family & Community
Health Care
This 21,840 SF health center is a Federally-Qualified Health Care System facility by First Choice Community Healthcare that offers primary health care, behavioral health services and dental services.
“Value Added” building features to reduce operating and maintenance costs include augmented insulation at walls and the roof, high-durability interior finishes, daylighting features, a 35kw photovoltaic solar electric generation system, and high-efficiency LED site lighting. The site design provided a pedestrian link between the new health center, a neighboring senior center and adjacent government offices, a new site driveway entrance with left turn lanes, parking for 125 vehicles, low-water use native landscaping and storm drainage enhancements.

University of New Mexico Hospital Outpatient Surgery & Imaging Center
This facility helps meet the changing healthcare needs of New Mexico. The project is aimed at responding to current and future outpatient demands and provides relief for existing surgical facilities at UNMH by allowing the main hospital to focus on inpatient procedures and care. While the operating rooms are essential to treatment, the imaging center component of the facility is crucial to diagnosis. The imaging center allows UNMH to provide state-of-the-art diagnosis in a timely and efficient manner.
The freestanding 37,900 sq. ft. building houses 6 operating suites, a surgery prep and recovery suite with 22 beds, an imaging suite with MRI, CT Scan, Mammography and Ultrasound capabilities and a pain management clinic. Physician offices, exam and treatment rooms are also included.
