Greg has diverse project experience and has worked with clients to deliver master-planning, programming and design services. He has served many clients on a long-term basis. As a team leader, Greg performs the essential command and control functions of setting project direction, making decisions and enforcing performance standards.
Greg has served as a planning consultant for many architectural projects throughout the state and serves on the boards of community organizations. Greg also has also served as an expert-witness.
Russell W. Golightly

Russ is responsible for project leadership, design direction and schedule and budget control. As Principal and Vice-President of GTH, Russ has served in all architectural management roles and has performed programming and construction administration for projects throughout New Mexico.
Russel is very effective at large-scale facility project management. He also oversees the work of our construction administration team, coordinates the efforts of our staff and consultants and ensures that our projects are designed, detailed and specified in a clear, professional and communicative manner.
Alan has many years of experience in construction, having worked as a carpenter for an Albuquerque home builder. He has spent several years with GTH, familiarizing himself with commercial roofing and oversaw the production of drawings for several major roofing projects for Albuquerque Public Schools. Alan also performed inspections for those roofing projects. His knowledge of construction techniques, attention to detail and his enthusiasm for learning have made him an invaluable asset to our firm.
